Study group participation at the ISHCSF 2018 meeting in Bologna

The 10th meeting of the International Society for Hydrocephalus and Cerebrospinal Fluid Disorders (ISHCSF) took place in Bologna, Italy from the 19th to the 22nd of October 2018. The Copenhagen CSF Study Group was well represented with 5 delegates.
Medical student Sondre Tefre gave an oral presentation on endoscopic third ventriculostomy (ETV) for adults with hydrocephalus. The presentation was based on his systematic review and meta-analysis, giving an overview of success rates of ETV in an adult population, and underlining the need for a predictive tool to aid patient selection for the procedure.
